  Engagement Photoshoot in Barcelona — Marimurtra & Tossa de Mar 

Ese and Ramis contacted me in January to plan their engagement photoshoot in Barcelona for May. For them, Barcelona is more than just a beautiful city — it’s a meaningful place to begin their long wedding celebration. They chose the Marimurtra Botanical Garden in Blanes, a stunning location on the Costa Brava, as the starting point of their wedding story (the main wedding happened in Turkey a month after). The famous arch with its breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea holds special significance for them — back in Munich, Ramis proposed to Ese under a similar arch. Isn’t that just perfect?

After exploring the gardens, we drove to Tossa de Mar to capture more portraits in a quiet, almost private bay. The light, the sea, and the charming atmosphere made it a dream setting for romantic photos. We ended the day with a wonderful dinner together, and honestly, by the end of those hours, we felt more like friends than just photographer and couple.
